Mod veterans halp!

This one longs for the warm sands but what would warm this one even more would be some beautiful mod packs.

To be short. Started Skyrim SE brand new after years of hiatus and love it still as the day before I lost you. Still I would like to see some refreshment in Skyrim and to be honest, I suck at playing modded games.

Are there easy-to-install visual modpacks for Skyrim SE and what are your preferred?
