My mother says her brain feels like it might explode

My mom is 47F, 5’0 and around 140-150 pounds. She doesn’t smoke, drinks on occasion.

She’s been having awful headaches around the bridge of her nose, up her forehead, and they spread to the back of her head. What’s weird about these headaches is that they occur right at the edge of climax.

They cause so much pain and appear so suddenly she cannot continue. It has happened 5 times now, progressively getting worse each time.

She is currently taking estrogen and progesterone. She has had brain fog and mold spores in her brain in the past. Her mother developed liver cancer in her 50’s and passed.

I’ve asked her about memory lapses and forgetting things, and she said not much more than usual lol. I’m not a doctor but I was thinking it might have something to do with the pleasure receptors in her brain.

She says it feels like her brain is about to pop. If you have any suggestions please lmk. I don’t want my mom to die.
