Any tips on getting Chaos Mode to stop crashing?

I set my graphics to the lowest possible setting, and yet still I can just barely get to the first Seek chase before I crash. This has been a thing since Chaos Mode first came out. I made it a few runs all the way to the Greenhouse and died naturally, but now I can't even get to figure before my game crashes, and this has been going on for months!!

It's literally impossible for me to beat this game mode if I can't get the thing to stop crashing on me. And this is just Chaos Mode, too. Not the Archives, or the regular hotel, or the mines, or the Outdoors.. Just Chaos Mode. It's one of the few things in Doors that I haven't beaten yet, but because of this nonstop crashing, I just can't.

Has anyone else had the same issue? Does anyone know how to fix this?
