How do I sell the shares in my Fcash account so I can withdraw it?

I have tried looking this up, but every answer seems to be insanely over-complicated.

There are 40 shares in FCASH that show when I go to the positions tab. The amount does not appear in my balances tab. I have not used my fidelity account in a very long time, so there aren’t any pending transactions that need to be settled. There is no activity history in the last year. I just know that the 40 shares I own weren’t there before, and I am wondering how to cash them out so I can get the account to 0.
