Instagram suspended my account because of another account I don't use

My Instagram account @zyx3ny1 was suspended because another Instagram account, @gecko.1999965, supposedly violated the rules.

I don't use that account and I don't have access to it. My own account has around 1,200 followers and over 600,000 views, and I haven't been given any option to appeal.

Instagram says I have 180 days to appeal, but there is literally no appeal button available.

What am I supposed to do?
