College counselling Doubt for MBBS

I have the state quota of both Maharashtra and Karnataka

I am getting a much better college in Karnataka but I have to go through a 1 year service bond

But In maharashtra I can get a college in Maharashtra near to my home and won't have to go through 1 year service bond

But this college is also new

What should I do
