Laptop for university

Hi, right now I'm in the last grade of high school in my country. In a year I'm going to go to another city, and most likely to another country. I want to buy myself a laptop, I'm an iPhone owner, and that's why I'm thinking about a MacBook. I'm thinking about a MacBook Air on m5, but I want to ask if there are good laptops on the window for the same cost (or a maximum of +20%) that would show the same performance, autonomy and the like. I don't really play games, at most some Minecraft. I don't really use heavy software.
