9070XT/X3D Divers - In-game Graphics/Adrenaline settings help?

So my current set up is a 9070XT, 7 9800X3D, 32gb RAM & 180hz 1440p HDR screen. I'm not much of a technical mind, and my remaining braincells go towards reading dispatches & trying to be a better helldiver. However, I've messed around with all the graphics & adrenaline settings to the point that I'm getting myself in circles.

I've done some searching & appreciate every system can have its differences, but was wondering if anyone would be able to share their graphics/display settings in game, options they have enabled/disabled and if they have adrenaline set up too, so I can get an idea of where I could/should be?
