I have hate speech posts made about me, thinking of sending letter with evidence to Meta?

Hi guys

So a few months ago i sadly had a run in with a content creator that is an absolute menace, they started cyber stalking me, and publicly post hate speech, including taunts and a threat which is public on their instagram , i have reported the hate speech posts numerous times but i get an automated response saying they werent taken down cause they arent against the terms and conditions… they clearly are..

I am so upset, this individual is from another continent , so the police likely wont do anything, I’m thinking, is it even worth sending a letter to META ireland explaining the situation, asking they remove the posts?
