Seasonal to Permanent Secured!

Wanted to share my accomplishment! I became seasonal specialist a month and a week ago and when the soonest permanent position opened up (operations specialist) I applied and today I got the position! Compared to many places that i worked this is a huge stepping stone for me and I’m excited for what’s ahead. I want to be a full time specialist but I needed to secure permanent asap rather than wait and compete with the other seasonal hires.
