Anybody also having issues with getting emails from DORMS/MyID?

Hi everyone!

I got accepted last Thursday and made extra sure I accepted the offer, and was told to keep an eye out for DORMS emails so I could access the website to pay my fees.

By 3 days later, I hadn't received anything, so contacted the support email. They said they would have IT contact me, but it has been another couple of days without any progress. As of this morning, I received a warning email that I had 48 hours to submit payment before my offer would expire, and I'm starting to panic.

Anyone else experiencing this? :( this is my only chance to participate in the program and I'm worried I will get passed on because I haven't received the email I need.
