I’ve tried searching online for a similar Toshiba stylus, only other picture I found was the matching headshell and cartridge with no specific information on the cartridge itself.

When I bought it the turntable was advertised as having a replacement AT70 cartridge. When I followed up with the owner he stated another customer must have damaged it and they put the old Toshiba cartridge back on the headshell.

Unfortunately, he just insisted the cartridge is functional and the AT70 isn’t an upgrade. Only issue is I don’t have an alignment tool so I don’t want to remove the Toshiba cartridge to identify it.

I am thinking about replacing the cartridge or getting a headshell combo in the near future. Just a bit disappointed as I expected a new cartridge was included in the price when purchased and the shop owner basically said if I don’t like it I can return the entire turntable which I’d rather not do over a cartridge.

Any recommendations on alignment equipment, in case I decide to take it off or replace it? Also if anyone has seen this cartridge or has any information on the tracking force and stylus that is greatly appreciated!

The turntable itself is a Hitachi, so that doesn’t help me on the search of what exactly is installed on it.
