What SaaS workflows are you actually comfortable giving to an AI agent?

I keep seeing people talk about AI agents taking over entire workflows, but I’m curious where SaaS founders actually draw the line. Or do you still want a human approving most of the important stuff?

And has that line changed for you after actually using agents in your business?
