Nols

Based on my research, it appears that they no longer qualify for the NOL continuity requirements, but I am not entirely certain.

Are there any experts who believe the value of the NOLs has been wiped out. They require two things:

one of them is COBE(Continuity of Business Enterprise) for two consecutive years with core business that Sorrento did.

but as I know Sorrento transferred all core assets to Vivasor stopped R&D. I'm sorry to dash some of your hopes.
