Marietta, GA 6 Bedroom Home Available
Hello, I have posted here a couple times seeking information before trying to rent out my home in Marietta, Georgia. That listing is finally ready and posted. I am not sure if this sub is the right place to post this (I am concerned it would be considered spam), but I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction if it isn’t.
The house is 6 bedrooms, just over 4,000 square feet. Rent is $3,640 a month, utilities not included. The SAFMR for this home is $3,640 as well, and I am willing to work with the local PHA to make things work.
There is a background check, but I am only looking for criminal history not credit reports.
The security deposit is $1,820 and there is a $50 application fee to pay for the background check. I will not ask you for that application fee until you have had a chance to come see the home.
The place will be available to rent starting October 1st, and it is available for showings now. Feel free to send me a message if interested.
