The Pressure on SR

We all know the feeling, some days the pressure feels to almost be too much, you must release, but you shouldn’t.

The pressure is there to shape you, letting you display that you control the mind, not the other way around.

Very cliche but diamonds form 100 miles underground at 2,000 degrees.

In the darkness, under intense heat/pressure, and alone on your journey, is where you are being shaped into the powerful being you know you are capable of becoming.

Don’t give up just because life has you feeling sad, angry, etc. Emotions are always temporary, the storm comes and goes, just make sure your mind stays present and grounded.
