Iphone 17 pro

my brother recently got an iphone 17 pro, it fell down and got a chip on the aluminium body like a month ago, about a week ago, his display went completely green unable to use. they refused warranty replacement because of the chips, he paid full and repla the display, now all the cameras are kinda blurry what can he do?
