Anyone else on a GLP1 have weird reactions to it?

For most people, it seems to help with pain but it makes mine worse.

I’ve been on Zep for 2 years and after every dose, for 3 days, I feel like I have the flu. My whole body hurts; my sciatic nerve hurts, my legs hurt, my skin burns, I’m freezing cold, I’m tired, I get a headache, my throat hurts. It’s been this way on every dose I’ve been on since the very first dose I took and it happens EVERY time. I had to go down to taking it every 2 weeks instead of every week because it was interfering with my daily life so much. When I tell my drs about this, they don’t seem too concerned.

I stay on the medication because I’ve lost 85lbs and I don’t want to regain it. Last time I stopped a glp1 I gained 60lbs in less than a year.
