My Fault: Hit Parked Car. Go Thru Insurance or Pay Cash?

I scraped a parked car yesterday. Left them my contact number.
Is it preferable to give them my insurance ( liability) and let them deal with it ?
Should I ask them to get an estimate first o we can offer to pay cash?

Or…?

If it matters, I’m in Texas.
