A realtor quoted me 1% commission and I am trying to understand what's included
I am getting ready to sell my house and have been talking to a few realtors. One of them said they could do the listing for 1% commission, which obviously got my attention.
But then I started wondering what actually comes with that 1%.
Does that normally include professional photography, MLS listing, marketing, showings, and negotiating the sale? Or are some of those things usually separate?
I'm not necessarily looking to go with the cheapest realtor. I just want to understand what I'm actually paying for before I make a decision.
For the agents here, what would you normally include if a seller asked you to work for 1%?
