I have the opportunity to get either Xmax Starry 4 for 60 EUR or Arizer Air SE for about 90. Which is more bang for your buck?

Sorry if these questions are repetitive here.

I was wondering which one should I get. I need something budget. Is Arizer worth paying 30e more?

I also tend to use that ''Morrocan Brown'' more than flower, if you catch my drift. What would suit it better?

The only vaporizer I ever had was Starry 3.0. It was fine, but I didnt like that mouthpiece became so hot and there was lots of resin in the upper part. It clogged the mouthpiece often and I had to buy new ones fairly often. I was younger and dumber and didnt clean it so often so maybe thats why.

So, I am wondering if they got rid of these problems with Starry 4
