Misfire Count?

On the Cobb AP there’s a misfire counter for each cylinder. To my knowledge it has to meet a certain threshold within so many RPM’s to trigger a “hard” misfire. If that’s the case, what’s the acceptable/normal count not while under load but between shifts and burbles? Obviously zero is the best answer but realistically that’s hard to achieve.
