seeking therapist office in Somerville January 1 2027 (Cambridge or Medford could work too)

I'm currently in Porter Square Cambridge, but the rent is going to go up and it's already expensive.

I don't think I'm interested in sharing a therapist space. Soft no.

I offer groups so I need to be able to fit about nine people in the room. That doesn't require a ton of space, but it can't be a super small office designed for only individual sessions.

Let me know if you have space, leads, or suggestions. I was poking around in Ball Square and Magoun Square. I haven't looked around in Union Square yet, but that could work.
