Can we still use Aspect tokens after a reroll?

Had a match today where my any said i couldn't do that.

I know we could in the past but can we still do that?

Also my enemy doubted that Lykhis rules are as written and tried to tell me he is worse after he and the exarch did 12 wounds to his knight in melee. So he might be biased against eldar.
