Heat Pump Alternative

My wife and I are currently in a 60's built converted bungalow which has LPG as it's main source of heating.

We are looking to electrify and have 24 x Aiko panels & 18kwh battery being installed in October. Currently use ~3500kwh per year.

We had a couple of A2W heat pump surveys, but both came back that the house isn't insulated enough for the install and so a A2W HP wouldn't be viable.

What are the other electric alternatives? I've been looking at A2A heat pumps because of the cooling ability too, but not sure how we would hear our hot water tank. It seems an electric boiler is generally not advised either.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
