Stopping Zep for surgery & recovery.

Im having lap band removal surgery in a 3 weeks. I have to stop zep 14 days before and might be off 2-4 weeks after. I currently train heavy and will have a 5-6 week break after surgery(😢). My main concerns are: the restart dose, side effects and effectiveness.

FYI: started zep 8/25, have lost 68lbs, 20lbs from goal, dose 10.
Band in since 2008, no current problems just want the hardware out
