Hp or acer premium laptop

I just bought a HP Omni book X for $700 at Best Buy but it’s kinda not enough power for some of the games that I play and it just doesn’t have enough storage. I see for $300 more. There is an Acer laptop that has way better internals and it’s still like a premium aluminum build. Is it better just to go with Acer or stick with HP?
