Self Repair Auto Workshops

Is there anywhere I might be able to bring my car with the space and tools to work on it myself?

Catalytic Converter got stolen and I’m trying to not pay an arm and leg to replace it. Have done plenty of my own auto work when I was living elsewhere and had a friend nearby with a garage and tools he let me use.
