[F4M] Clinical Focus (Medical Play / GYN Exam / Slice-of-Life Romance / Ongoing Long-Term Dynamic)

NSFW RP - Ongoing

Seeking a dedicated, literate writing partner for an immersive, long-term slice-of-life romance roleplay rooted in a clinical, structured power dynamic. I am looking to build an ongoing narrative that starts with a detailed medical examination. From there, we can expand outward into a dynamic featuring negotiated kinks, an exploration of control, and slow-burn character development. I write exclusively in the first person, present tense. Enthusiastic, continuous communication and absolute consent both in and out of character are non-negotiable for me. I am in the EST timezone. I typically write a few rich, descriptive paragraphs per turn, but I am always happy to match my partner's energy. Note: I would especially love to find a writing partner who is British, but am open to writing partners from anywhere. I prefer having an ongoing OOC chat too to get to know who I’m writing with and hope you do too.

The Opening Scene:

The fluorescent lights of the exam room hum with a sterile, low-frequency drone. Every surface gleams with uncompromising, clinical order, from the crinkling white paper stretched across the examination table to the polished steel instruments neatly arranged on the tray.

I sit on the very edge of the cold table, my feet dangling. The crisp paper shifts beneath me with a sharp, nervous rustle as I continuously smooth and tug down the front of the paper-thin examination gown. I check my watch, concerned about getting back to my job. My hands clamp tightly together in my lap. My fingers twist anxiously against one another while my heart hammers a frantic, heavy rhythm against my ribs. I swallow hard to steady my breathing. My eyes stay fixed intently on the ceiling, tracking the quiet click of the latch turning and then my attention shifts to the door.

You step into the room, moving with the practiced, unhurried rhythm of someone entirely at home in the quiet authority of the space. Without looking up immediately, you set my chart down on the counter, the metal clip clicking sharply against the laminate. You adjust the cuffs of your white coat, turn on the water and wash your hands. Your expression is a neutral, professional mask before your gaze finally lifts to find mine, taking in my tense posture and the clear anxiety written all over my face.

"Good afternoon," you say warmly. Your voice is measured, low, and steady, cutting right through the quiet hum of the room and puts me at ease nearly instantaneously. We’ve met before. You pick up a pen, tapping it lightly against the clipboard as you take a deliberate step closer to the table. "Let's review your chart and go over how we're going to proceed today, and we can take everything at whatever pace you need."

What I Am Looking For in a Partner:

- Strong grasp of descriptive first-person writing, pacing, and immersive character voice.

- A collaborative mindset for an ongoing, long-term story that builds tension over time.

- Total respect for boundaries, open out of character communication, and a willingness to explore a rich variety of shared dynamics. As a switch, a sensualist, and a brat, I love a dynamic that balances deep atmospheric immersion, tactile sensory play, and a fluid, back-and-forth exchange of control complete with playful pushback and testing boundaries rather than a rigid, one-sided script.

Kinks and Limits:

- Kinks include kissing, foreplay, power dynamics, oral sex, where I absolutely love receiving but enjoy giving too, lingerie, cmnf and cfnm, heels, partially clothed sex, body worship, nipple play, toys, edging, praise, sensory play, orgasm control and denial, gentle dom or domme, shibari, semi-public sex, primal play, consensual non-consent, erotic massage, wax play, age gap dynamics (I’m in my 40s and enjoy a partner who is 30-55 years old), breeding, and medical examination play.

- Limits include degradation, humiliation, scat, blood, watersports, incest, and monsters/sci fi. I am not a huge fan of causing or receiving pain, and I have not had the best experiences with anal, though I am open to trying it again if we talk through it thoroughly first. Clinical safety, mutual comfort, and explicit consent always come first.

If you are a literate writer who enjoys building a rich, ongoing dynamic and are interested in starting from this scenario, send me a message with how you would reply to the opening scene so I can get a sense of your writing style, your preferred style, timezone and what appeals to you about this prompt. If we decide we are a good writing match, we can take some time to discuss character design and world building before we dive in. If there’s any specific kinks or limits you’d like me to know about please feel free to share those too!

I prefer to play on discord but am open to writing in Google Docs.
