The M.U.S.H.U. Program

Hi! Apologies on the long first post as well as providing a lot of context.
I’m having an issue with Mushu’s “The M.U.S.H.U. Program” quest and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
I already collected the Specialty Paper from Mulan and had it in my inventory at one point. However, at some point it seems to have disappeared, and I have no idea when or how.
I still have the Quality Ink, but I need both the Quality Ink and Specialty Paper in my inventory to continue the quest.
I’ve checked my inventory, storage chests, and looked around the Valley/maps in case I somehow dropped or moved it, but I can’t find the Specialty Paper anywhere. I don’t remember intentionally removing it either.
Has anyone had this happen? Is there a way to get the Specialty Paper back or reset/re-trigger that part of the quest?
