ONEXGPU charger not working

I am actually unsure if the charger is the only one not working. It suddenly closed and the charger felt like some burning electronics. I am not sure if the onexgpu itself is broken. Hopefully not.

Any tips on what to do? I also messaged support. Thanks in advance!
