Please suggest good group trip agency ?

Hi,

I am planning to go on a trip... please suggest a good group trip organiser/instagram page based on your experience. I prefer telugu people and girls more ( or preferably a girls only trip) as this is my first such trip. Also I want to stay in good and clean hotels ( I have little OCD).
