Frustrated with Ather Ritza S and state of Charging infrastructure | Kochi | 2700 Km

So i have been using Ather for 4 months now and over the time I have felt a degraded experience. Recently I have went to a charging station with Rizta S but suddenly the vehicle is not turning on for some reason and this was the first time experiencing this. Now the vehicle is stuck at the charging station now.

So I bought ather after researching that it has a good network of charging station but the sad state was most of the go under maintenance and nonfunctional or crowded with 3-4 back to back vehicles for charging simply wasting personal time. So far I have experienced 3 charging station including the Vida network going non functional at the same time, imagine someone going to 3 charging stations back to back and getting the entire vehicle charge getting drained on the same travel.
3. I didn't buy the propack at the purchase because i didn't see the value of paying 14000 just to get the features that I would probably never use. But one the worst thing is that you would never know how much of charge is left on the vehicle even in the critical scenarios. Like once the vehicle went completely off midway and I had to push the vehicle so long and ritza being heavy, I felt hopeless that there is now even power bank to charge it just like filling the fuel with a bottle in case the normal petrol scooter goes out. This has been very shady approach from the Ather is what I felt, most of the basic features are now simply kept behind a paywall

I have been using Petrol scooter since Ather after its 15 year of service I decided to move to ather. The petrol scooter still feels like a gem now that you had all the basic features and i had very little matenance with that vehicle. I moved to Ather thinking about sustainability, cheaper fuel alternative and moderness. But now this has been a really bad consumer product experience for me, I hope Ather would work on these issues as well along with the new product launch and address the issues of exiting customer.
I am personally a big fan of Ather team but these things dissapoints me as a customer
