Flying through IST soon with my wife and our toddler. We have a 7-hour layover and want to know the best way to survive without losing our minds.

We are staying airside and debating:

IGA Lounge: Worth the cost for a family, or is it too crowded to relax?

YOTEL (Airside Hotel): Worth booking an hourly room for a toddler nap and private shower?

Free Terminal Options: How are the kids' play areas and rest zones?
