Sauron, the Dark Lord/Hosts of Mordor precon

So I luckily managed to pull a Sauron surge foil from a collector pack, and want to use him as a commander in a new deck.

Is it worth picking up the Hosts of Mordor precon? (Trading in the copy already in the deck) Or am I better off building a deck from scratch if I already have him? Best I've found it for is about £95 so far.

Only aiming for bracket 3, and not looking to spend silly money doing so, but after cutting cards to try and improve and optimise it a little, would I have much of the original precon left or is it just worth trying to pick the remaining deck list separately?
