I have a friend going to Japan, what EX Resources/EX Base/Promos should I have him look out for?

A friend of mine is going on a bit of a nerdy pilgrimage to Japan and offered to snag some stuff for me if I made a list. I'm curious if there are any EX Resources/EX Bases/Promos that are more available/cheap over there that I should have him look out for?
