In Happy Wanderer did anyone think it was weird Tony and Sil would spy on the executive game like they were children?

Tony said something along the lines to Sil "Remember when me and you used to look through that crack in that painted door and Junior would run out chasing us!". How old were they supposed to be? Johnny was still alive so I'm assuming Tony was late teens/early 20s but I always though Sil was 10 years older than Tony (if were going by the actors aged), so the idea of a 30 year old man spying on the card game like a child always seemed kinda silly to me.
