SSRI and pelvic floor tension

hey, i’ve been struggling with pelvic floor tension and the resulting pain for months now. I’ve started with PT and it’s been helping me manage the symptoms and finally feel a little better.
i’ve now been on 50mg of sertraline (zoloft) for 3-4 weeks and i feel really tense. i feel like i can never fully relax my pelvic floor which makes sex pretty painful to impossible.
i want to talk to my psychiatrist soon. has anyone experienced this and knows a medication that helps or another SSRI that doesn’t trigger that much tension?
