Spell or ritual to cleanse blood?

I was raped Thursday. Went to the hospital and they gave me meds. However, I got tested yesterday and it shows I have oral herpes. I’ve avoided hookups and honestly kissing random people because of this . Is there a spell to cleanse my blood and get rid of it? A ritual? I will do anything. I can’t even press charges against the man because he was my distant ex and police said there’s nothing I or they can do. I don’t want this and live with it
