Skyrim Crash

Here is the Pastebin for the crash that has been haunting me for a while now. This is version 1.5.97 special edition of Skyrim; it gives me a bugged-out main menu with no dragon logo and a bugged mod button, and when i try to start a new game, it crashes, i made sure to use the NET Script Framework as this seems to be more readable here
