Rbc interview advice

I applied for a corporate banking associate position, he emailed me some questions then asked to set up an interview.

I met with an associate and a VP on the team then the following Monday they asked for me to meet with the Director( hiring manager) and then the MD on the team that Friday. I think it went well.

I sent an email to the team thanking them the following week, then no reply. The next Monday I sent a follow up with HR to see if there was any update or feedback and no reply. After another week I sent another follow up to HR asking for updates and still no reply.

On workday it shows that I am still in the ‘interview’ stage, is this normal? Does this radio silence after an interview for 2-3 weeks usually mean rejection?
