What traps and loaded questions to avoid and navigate during my exit interviews with my direct manager, managing director and executive director?

Advice

I just accepted an offer from a direct competitor which my current bosses personally despise. My manager takes things personally. Things have not been the best between us the past month. The company’s Managing and Executive Directors are on my bosses side mainly because I don’t have a say in things and I know things have been manipulated to favor my manager. I am a team lead. I manage a team while overseeing general operations and trainings of all staff. I am underpaid and overworked and just can’t take it anymore. I have voiced this but it’s been turned back on me. I’m just done. I also know that I am going to be scape goat once I leave. Things will be conveniently blamed on me once I leave. I don’t want to dig a deeper hole for myself during the exit interviews. I am anxious anticipating it being an emotional experience from both sides of the table. Would greatly appreciate advice on how to be professional about this and learn from your experiences on what to look out for and avoid in exit interviews such as loaded questions etc. There’s no non-compete agreement with my current hiring.
