I Got My First Offer Over $100K!

I did it, I did it, I did it!! I know that a paycheck isn't your whole identity or the only measure of a career, but for someone coming from a low-income, non-traditional background and without a degree - I'm beyond happy right now.

I work in IT Support and I officially got my first offer over $100K. I've been in the field for close to 5 years, including an 8-month internship. I'm currently at 91k + RSUs at a mid-sized company, and this new offer increases my base by 33%.

The interview process was 5 rounds total, from a recruiter call to a conversation with the Director, and in between there were 3 technical-ish interviews.
