Friend who acts differently in a group, others friends don't like her

I am 29F and is 28F. It's so frustrating, she's so lovely and caring but when we're in a group setting it's like she enters attention seeking mode. She will make very dark jokes, bring up horrible things that have happened to her for a laugh, flirt with everyone (she's taken) - it's bizarre?

I had a birthday recently and I invited her along, I'd never really introduced her to my other friend group before but I regretted it tbh, it was like watching a 10yr old show off to teens saying all the "bad" stuff they've ever done.

She actually pissed my friend group off and many of them have come to me separately to say they weren't a fan. Idk what to do about this? I have another event incoming with all my friends, I don't want her to come because I know she will do it again and I'll be embarrassed.

I just wish she could be herself when we're 1:1 with a larger group! She doesn't have to be this edgy character she makes herself. Anyone else had this?
