Weird memory card issue

So I have this problem with my memory card where I am amble to save the game, load the game within in the game. But when I turn off my console, the the save files are gone and the memory card is empty.

When I play Crash 3 Warped for example, everytime I save the game I need to format the memory card. I've already tried to clean it too.

The memory card is a 3rd party card (Gamester 1 Mb).

Is my card corrupted and do I need to get a new card? Or is there anyway to hard reset the card?
