Alternative credit union insurers and Fiscal FCU

40 years ago I belonged to Fiscal FCU. I could join because I was a government employee in LA county. I kept my account after I left that job until they changed deposit insurer from NCUA to a private organization. Does anyone remember that insurer or Fiscal? Godaddy is offering fiscal.org for $49K. Otherwise I can't find evidence of it.
