Tips for pyke?

I'm Platinum IV pls don't judge😔😔

I've been playing pyke for a few weeks now, and I've been wondering what is the best keystone and runes for pyke. I always go electricute, and for the 1st characteristic is unshakable, bone plating, and perseverance and for the 2nd is domination sudden impact. But, sometimes I use electricute, and for 1st characteristic is domination, chain assault, and eye ball collector and for the 2nd characteristic is bone plating.

Also, any tips when laning and when to rotate the map, and when to engage or not to prevent unnecessary deaths when I'm snowballing.
