Pharmacom - has anybody had their shipment using “international world wide” when they really live in the U.S.?

I am from America and I I really hate to pay double the price for steroids sold on Pharmacom. Has anybody chosen “international world wide” for shipping when they lived in U.S.? Did it work? Did you receive your package?
