Progress

So I missed 3 weeks of my shot, it wasn’t intentional I just had a lot going on and kept forgetting to pay/get my refill. My refill is currently otw now. Will this affect my progress so far, or mess anything up? I haven’t gained any back since my last shot but I also haven’t lost any, so will it continue like normal when I get my refill or does my baby have to readjust all over again?
