I just wish I could tear off my whole face and start again

There's nothing I like about my face and I don't think there's anything anyone else actually honestly likes about it. I feel like I'm doing the world a disservice by making it endure the hideous sight of it when I go out. I wish my whole head shape were different. I wish I could choose my face like I choose my outfit. Why did I have to be given this unfortunate countenance?! Every day I hate it more.
